Greetings loved ones!
What an incredible 4 (5 for some technically) years it has been. So many awesome shows, so many wonderful new friends/bands we have met and so many incredible memories.
But alas, it comes with heavy heart to inform everyone that The Great Flood Catastrophe is parting ways.
Call it fatigue or unable to weather the storms of being in a band, but to us, it is simply time to hang it up and move on. We are all so thankful for all the generous support and love that has been given out by all of you. None of this would have been possible without without it.
So to all our fans, thank you for years of support and making shows simply a blast. Thanks for sporting our shirts, jamming to our records and screaming the lyrics if you knew them(or if you didn’t, even better).
Thanks to all our friends and family who would tag along, help set up lights, run the merch table and help us load in all our gear. Thanks for coming out anytime we shot a video to make it 100 times better than it would have been with just the 5 of us. All of your help seriously has meant more than we could even begin to describe. Thank you!
Thanks to all the bands we met along the road. It was great to get to know all of you. Keep rocking!
Thanks to all the awesome venues who were so hospitable. Whether it was feeding us, giving us free drinks (Hebrews. You guys are amazing) or just being super cool with sound-checks and took the time to make us sound great!
So in closing, thank you so much once again for everything! We love you all. We will miss you all but please please please keep in touch with us from here on out. All the friendships we made because of this band is something we never want to lose. You guys are the best.
That being said, farewell, God bless and be safe out there.
Sincerely yours
The Great Flood Catastrophe
